For purchases, refunds, account access, invitations, or help using Maya, email support@legacii.ai.
Purchasers can use the purchase-management controls available in their account's Settings, using the phone number associated with the purchase. Contact support if you cannot log in; account recovery is not a reason to ignore a cancellation request.
Privacy and your stories
For access, corrections, export, deletion, sharing concerns, or a privacy grievance, email privacy@legacii.ai. See Delete My Data for the request process.
You do not need to include sensitive story details to ask for help. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or identity documents in your initial message.
